Caring For Your Loved One
The first step we will discuss with you is the transfer of your loved one into our care
and the attendances to be made.
- We will ensure that your loved one is treated with the utmost care and respect
- We will discuss arrangements for viewing of the deceased in the chapel of rest
- We will advise you on the selection of a coffin or casket
- We can advise you on your options with regards to memorials. We are a monumental agent
Planning The Service
- Booking of the funeral venue and Officiant
- Planning the funeral transport such as hearse or limousines to the church or crematorium
- Creation of service sheets. We use a professional publisher to ensure these are of the highest standard
- Arranging funeral teas
- We will ensure that the arrangements for music at the service has been taken of
- We will advise you on the arrangements to be made for funeral flowers and floral tributes
Administration
We will guide you through the process of registering a death
- We will arrange newspaper announcements and printed orders of service
- We will advise you on all the associated costs and provide assistance with DWP claims
- We will arrange for payment of all required fees and disbursements on your behalf.
